Here a some of our frequently asked questions updated frequently to answer all your requests.

Download Limit , I there any limit to items I can download ?

Yes there is a download limit, check the limits for different users 

Registered free user:
Premium user:
  • As a Premium user, you have a limit of 20 downloads per day.
  • We want to allow our users to download a high number of items. However, to avoid an irresponsible use of our templates and items, we have established this limit.
  • If you download the same file more than once on the same day, it will count just as one download. So for example, if you download the same template or slide 3 times today, you will still have 19 downloads left for that day. 
  • If you download a file you have already downloaded on a previous day, it will count as a new download from the 20 enabled for the day.
  • We feel that the number of downloads permitted is enough for most of our users but we understand that, in specific situations, you may need to download more resources and that still might be in accordance with our terms of use. If you think this applies to you, please contact us explaining your situation and we will be happy to help.

 

I'm having an issue removing/editing the page and footer (domain.com line)

To edit the footer you have to go to slide master:

  1. Go to View Tab
  2. Click Slide Master
  3. Scroll up to the first slide then edit or delete the footer also you will find the page number if you don’t want just delete it
  4. Close Master

I’m not satisfied by your resources. Can I have my money back?

It is our goal to make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with the products you purchase on Premast! Since all of our products are digital and cannot be returned, we want to do our best to help you get your purchase up and running, If you have a technical issue that can’t be fixed we are happy to make a refund

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

I can't download the free items, where is the download button?

To download our free item please make sure that you are registered and logged in your account, the free items are for users only 
you will find the download link in the right sidebar 

Is the payment is secure ?

yes, first all your payment data is hosted by our secured partner Paddle and we haven’t any access to this data, also you can pay using your bank card or with PayPal so your payment is secure 100%

Also in general, our website is totally protected with the latest technology of security so all your data is secure 

Can I work as a designer for Premast?

Is your PowerPoint animated? 

Not all the PowerPoint templates are animated, but we have a couple of animated ones, like Dashi Dashboards templates, the Annual Plan template, and some other slides
